‘To have fun, do our very best and look after everyone in a caring Christian community’
This term’s Christian Value is Compassion. We will be talking to the children about how they can be kind to others and show empathy, even when they might have differing viewpoints.
We are looking forward to a virtual school trip to Edinburgh zoo, a virtual pantomime, creating a poppy display for Remembrance Day, as well as all the enjoyable things the children will be doing as part of the curriculum. We have already had a lion visit the school (he was very soft and cuddly) and a dinosaur that made a real mess in the Early Years classroom!
Please look out for the short film on our website that we hope will share with everyone some of the fun children have learning, during their school day.
This term will be difficult for many due to the National lockdown, but we will be working with families to ensure that the children are happy in school, enjoying their learning, and continuing to reach their potential.
