Playgroup had a great autumn term. We really enjoyed being a part of the Siddington Christmas Tree Festival and being very busy making lots of autumnal crafts, Christmas decorations and baking! Muddy Mondays will return on Monday 9th January. It’s 9:15 – 10:45am, we are an outdoor stay & play group. £1.50 per child, 50p for each additional child. Come and have a look at what we have to offer! We have some spaces available for the Spring term, we accept 2, 3 and 15/30hr funding. About us
PATA @ Siddington & Kemble Playgroup was formally known as Kemble & District Playgroup until we relocated to Siddington Village Hall in September 2018.
We are based in the community room with full access to a fantastic large garden. Children can play in the mud kitchen area, water & sand table, large and small tyres, logs and balance bikes, we have a lovely wendy house, as well as access to lots of different opportunities for mark making and learning outside.
We also have access to the large hall on occasional days where we have the opportunity to do indoor P.E. and other activities that need more space.
PATA @ Siddington and Kemble is run by PATA who are a local charity with years of experience in running and supporting childcare settings around the county.
We know that many parents are concerned about their childcare options in light of Covid-19. As a small setting where we spend lots of time outside we are already well set up for minimising the risks. We have put in place lots of measures for additional cleaning and hand washing but make sure the experience for the children is as normal as possible.
From Monday to Friday we are open from 8:50 to 2:50pm. Children can be collected at 11:50am and can also be dropped of at this time. Whichever suits your families needs best. We offer 3 or 6 hour sessions.
Please provide your child with a healthy and varied packed lunch if they are doing a 6 hour session with us or if you are dropping your child of at 11:50. Please send your child with a labelled bottle of water to use throughout the session.
We provide a healthy mid-morning and afternoon snack which includes milk and a choice of fruits.
